May 10, 2018: Participants in NSSRA’s Enriched Lifestyles for Adults (ELA) Program are gearing up for their fifth annual Fun Run and Walk on Friday, May 18. NSSRA’s Musical “Doo-Wop Red Riding Hood” Delights Audiences at Northbrook Theatre
April 12, 2018: Audiences were delighted over the weekend at Bright Star Theatre Company’s performances of “Doo-Wop Red Riding Hood”. Starring twelve actors with disabilities and their volunteer Creative Companions, rehearsals for the show began last September and culminated with performances at Northbrook Theatre last weekend. April 10, 2018: Bright Star Theatre Company set the stage for everyone to shine at its recent production of “Doo-Wop Red Riding Hood.” The musical featured 12 actors with special needs from Glenview, Northbrook, Deerfield, Glencoe and Highland Park paired with 12 companions in two performances Saturday-Sunday, April 7-8, at Northbrook Theatre.
