At NSSRA we’re all about having fun in a safe and friendly environment that promotes a healthy, active lifestyle. This starts with our four Customer Service Standards, Respect, Teamwork, Responsiveness and Professionalism,  which guide all NSSRA employees and volunteers in their interactions with each other, participants, families and community members.

These standards serve as the foundation of the quality service our participants and families anticipate, in addition to our consistent focus on safety awareness. NSSRA’s Safety Principles are Recognize, React, Report and Review. All employees and volunteers participate in safety training annually to ensure the well-being of staff and participants. In addition to a safe work environment, we create opportunities on a regular basis for staff to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
