Fitness is an important component of the Enriched Lifestyles for Adults (ELA) program. We get our hearts pumping and muscles working at least four times a week! Whether we are stretching on the mat, dancing to music, playing sports, running on the treadmill or riding the recumbent bike, we are always smiling because getting fit with our friends is fun!
With that said… We would love to have you join us for our seventh annual ELA Fun Run! Everyone is invited!
