Virtual Programs & Connection Opportunities (ELA)

In light of COVID-19, we’re excited to offer both virtual programs and one-on-one video calls for ELA Program participants on Zoom.

Video calls and programs are conducted over Zoom, a free app that can be downloaded on your phone, tablet or computer. Click here to download. Need help navigating signing up for and joining programs? Watch our tutorial videos for desktop and mobile here!

To sign up, select your preferred program, the available time for that week, and complete a short form with your information. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your program sign-up and instructions for how to connect.

Please note: Sign-ups for programs will close 24 hours prior to the program’s start time to allow instructors time to adjust program plans for the appropriate number of participants. Programs are approximately 30 minutes in length, but specific time is noted in all program descriptions. All participants are expected to abide by NSSRA’s Code of Conduct for virtual programs, found here. Please make sure to read through the Code of Conduct in its entirety prior to the beginning of program. Audio or video recording of virtual programs is strictly prohibited.

We hope these programs will aid in supporting your day and help you experience a sense of normalcy and community with your friends and the ELA team. For more information or with questions please contact Niki Cuttell, Recreation Specialist for ELA, at We can’t wait to connect with you!
